Functional Role Description:   

Responsible to collect, organize, maintain, and check project documents and perform clerical duties per client policies and procedures. Control the release, storage, tracking, and distribution of project documents. Assist the Document Management Supervisor as required.  

Essential Functions: 

Coordinate drawing and as-built returns to client document control vault (EDMS).
Quality check as-builts vs. redlines. 
Determine if redlines require other drawings to be updated. 
Assist Document Management Supervisor ensure quality management of the document control system.


Skills and Qualifications: 

High School degree minimum. Two year business college degree preferred. 
3 years experience in similar or related field. 
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. 
Understanding of office procedures and document management. 
Strong organizational and communication skills.

  •  The job will be performed at the Client’s production facility or industrial/construction job site and should last for extended periods of time.
  •  Conditions will vary at each location, but the conditions listed above will generally apply.
  •  When working outside Middough’s office, appropriate safety training and safety equipment will be provided by Middough and/or Client, as required.
